But some of those TV ads clearly say that their products will cover pre-existing conditions while your plans have a lot of fine print and ifs and buts. Why should I buy from you?

No. As a given plan XYZ is the same, no matter from where you purchase, you are going to get the same coverage. However, if you talk to us, you will have realistic expectations. If the TV advertisements of some (not all) of the other brokers are really misleading or inaccurate, why are they even allowed?
